I grew up in Bell Plaza Sports Club and rose through every role, learning almost all aspects of our facility. I graduated SUNY Farmingdale with a Bachelors in Automotive engineering and Business Mgt. Throughout my time here I have taken all the skills, thoughts and comments given to me by our members and awesome team to continuously make an even better friendlier neighborhood gym. Orlando Crance |

Bio: Orlando Crance has been part of the Fitness Industry for over 13 years, where has filled many roles, including group exercise instructor, personal trainer, manager and most recently strength and conditioning coach for the NY Mets. Additionally, Orlando has worked with top athletes from USTA and MLS as well as top celebrities such as multi-grammy award winner Roberta Flack, Norman Hedman and others. He attained his bachelors degree from the City University of New York with an emphasis in Exercise Science, Recreation and Nutrition. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA and Sports Performance Coach by the US Olympic Committee as well as an Active Isolated (AI) Flexibility Technician. Orlando is currently working towards his Masters in Exercise Phisiology and the National Athletic Training Certification (ATC). |
