F.I.T.S. First Initial Training Session
The purpose of F.I.T.S. is to make you feel comfortable with what we have to offer. During the session, you will meet with a personal trainer to discuss your health history, fitness history, goals, and the type of program you are looking for. After your F.I.T.S. appointment, you will feel comfortable exercising and achieving your desired results.


Jump Start Personal Training
This is a three-session personal training package available for members at a reduced rate. Jump Start is a comprehensive fitness evaluation based upon your goals. This in depth series provides an excellent means for new members to actively participate in their own custom workout.
  • 1st Session: Review health history form, assess goals, and conduct comprehensive fitness evaluation
  • 2nd Session: Warm-up, stretching, flexibility, cool down, and program development, as well as intro on cardio, machine, and  free weights
  • 3rd Session: Complete workout - from start to finish
